Training is the art of joining new ideas with an existing rich landscape of experience to create new possibilities for action. 

Creating learning spaces where practical and useful exchanges occur is important to me. I am known to be a dynamic, humourous and intelligent facilitator.

I believe that when folks engage in learning they bring their own rich life experience to the table and that my role in the exchange is to ask good questions, provide a foundation of information and create experiences for new routes of thinking.
